The search bar allows you to quickly search through the Trainer Tower results page for whatever teams, events or players you might be looking for.

If you want to limit the range of events being returned to a specific period (for example, you only want to see the 2019 Ultra Series events), click on the "All Seasons" dropdown and select the time period you're interested in. Only events from that time period will be shown. (You can't use this on the player list or the standings screens).

To search for a specific player, event name or country, type what you are searching for into the search box and either press enter or click the icon. Clicking the icon will clear your current search.

You can also search for teams with specific Pokémon this way! Enter the name of the Pokémon you want to find and only teams with that Pokémon will be returned. You can search for multiple Pokémon this way as well by typing xerneas AND groudon into the search bar (replace Xerneas and Groudon with the Pokémon you are looking for). This will return all the teams that have both Pokémon in them. This doesn't only apply to Pokémon, searching for umbreon AND japan would return all the Japanese teams with Umbreon in them.

When searching for multiple items, the AND must be in capitals for it to be recognised. You can also search for more than two items. kangaskhan AND magikarp AND australia would look for anyone from Australia crazy enough to run both a Kangaskhan and a Magikarp in their team.
